Civitas partnered with J&C to develop a market research methodology and conduct a trial study for a major vehicle financing institution in Lao PDR, with the aim to assess the customer awareness of the key financing products offered. Civitas designed the data collection process, tools and strategy and carried out the data analysis and reporting.
