SOS Denmark and SOS Laos
SOS Denmark and SOS Laos aimed to design a three-year pilot project to improve the working skills of Lao youth, with the collaboration of the Lao Government, technical schools and the private sector. Civitas facilitated the project development workshop to discuss the project planning for the three-year pilot project. Part of the workshop facilitation included preparing and presenting a session on the political, economic, social, technological, legal, and environmental status of Laos in 2023 (PESTLE analysis). Additional sessions were run to support the workshop brainstorming project beneficiaries, mapping potential project stakeholders, and to develop the results framework, risk matrix, monitoring plan with the theory of change. Civitas also wrote out the project documentation for the pilot project.
