Danish Association of the Blind (DAB) The Danish Association of the Blind supports the capacity building of Lao Association for the Blind focusing on advocacy and awareness raising for the inclusion of blind and partially sighted people, and strengthening their ability to act as spokespeople for their own rights. Civitas was responsible for the completion of a final evaluation process including tool design, training, data collection, analysis and reporting.
