Plan International – SUSTOUR Laos Project
The SUSTOUR Laos Project aims to promote sustainable tourism practices and support the development of the tourism sector in Laos. Through various interventions and activities, the project seeks to enhance the sustainability of tourism operations, empower local communities, and conserve natural and cultural resources.
By fostering collaboration between stakeholders and promoting responsible tourism practices, the project strives to contribute to the socio-economic development of Laos while preserving its rich heritage and biodiversity.
As evaluator for the SUSTOUR Laos Project, Civitas will assess the project’s impact and effectiveness. The evaluation will measure the project’s achievements against its objectives, identify strengths and weaknesses, and provide recommendations for future interventions. Through analysis and stakeholder engagement, we aim to provide valuable insights that will inform decision-making and contribute to the continuous improvement of sustainable tourism efforts in Laos.
